Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Argus account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Argus and sign in.
  2. Tap your account avatar in the top-right.
  3. Choose Account & billing.
  4. In the Delete account section, confirm the deletion.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and the action cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email privacy@arguslifts.ai from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (email, name, photo).
  • All your analyses and session history.
  • All workout videos you uploaded.
  • Any trial, single-upload, or pass entitlements tied to your account.

Deletion is permanent and immediate. We may retain minimal records where required by law (for example, payment records Stripe is obligated to keep), as described in our Privacy Policy.
